This means you have a relative 24/7 customer support as long as your site is in business. Just contact us by phone or email (by email is the best and most efficient way to reach us) as soon as you need help at any time and at any place and you will receive an answer from one member of our team promptly.

The 24/7 quick customer service is relative to the type of service being requested. For instance, don't expect any member of our team to run across the city just to change the color of some texts on your site at 3:00 AM, but it some other major cases like some pages are not showing, not showing correctly, wrong data being distributed on the site, we will be right there awaiting for you.

There is no fee for updating any content of your website or to change any color of your text for that matter, but there will be a fee for any type of upgrade you may request. For instance create a new database, use a new technology, or add a few more pages/sections to the site. The fees vary with the type of upgrades being requested.
